Announcement of the conclusion of a new 2 year time charter contracts

Luxembourg – September 18^th, 2024 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS) (the “Company”or “DIS”), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces that its operating subsidiary, d’Amico Tankers D.A.C. (Ireland) (“d’Amico Tankers”), signed a new two-year time charter agreement for one of its MR2 vessels, starting at the end of September 2024, with a reputable counterparty at a profitable daily hire rate.
