Announcement of the sale of MT High Seas

Luxembourg – March 25^th, 2026 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS.IM and OTCQX Best Market: DMCOF) (the “Company” or “DIS”), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces that its operating subsidiary d’Amico Tankers d.a.c. (Ireland) (“d’Amico Tankers”), signed a memorandum of agreement for the sale of the MT High Seas (the “Vessel”), a 51,678 dwt MR product tanker vessel, built in 2012 by Hyundai Mipo, South Korea, for a total consideration of US$27.6 million, with delivery to the buyers before the end of May 2026.

Thanks to this transaction d’Amico Tankers will sell one of the two oldest and non-eco vessels in its fleet and will generate approximately US$27.0 million in cash upon her delivery to the buyers, net of commissions. (...)
