Announces the appointment of the new Chief Operating Officer

Luxembourg, 09 November 2010 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces the appointment of Flemming Carlsen to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Flemming Carlsen will have the responsibilities for DIS chartering and operations activities, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer Marco Fiori.
