Announcement of the exercise of a purchase option on MT High Discovery

Luxembourg – August 10^th, 2026 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS) (the “Company” or “DIS”), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces that its operating subsidiary, d’Amico Tankers d.a.c. (Ireland) (“d’Amico Tankers”), has exercised its purchase option under the existing bareboat charter-in contract for the MT High Discovery (“the Vessel”), a 50,000 dwt medium-range product tanker built in February 2014 by Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co., Ltd., South Korea, for a consideration of approximately US$ 15.3 million. d’Amico Tankers expects to acquire ownership of the Vessel at the beginning of November 2026.
