Announcement of the exercise of a purchase option on MT High Fidelity

Luxembourg – October 5^th, 2026 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS) (the “Company” or “DIS”), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces that its operating subsidiary, d’Amico Tankers d.a.c. (Ireland) (“d’Amico Tankers”), has exercised its purchase option under the existing bareboat charter-in contract for the MT High Fidelity (“the Vessel”), a 50,000 dwt medium-range product tanker built in August 2014 by Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard Co., Ltd., Vietnam, for a consideration of approximately US$ 14.0 million. d’Amico Tankers expects to acquire ownership of the Vessel around mid-January 2027.
