DIS_Announces the order of two MR2 newbuilding vessels

Luxembourg – January 23^rdh, 2026 – d’Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS.IM; OTCQX Best Market: DMCOF) (the “Company” or “DIS”), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces that its operating subsidiary d’Amico Tankers D.A.C. (Ireland) (“d’Amico Tankers”), has signed a shipbuilding contract with Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (China) (”YZJ”) for the purchase of two (2) new Medium Range 2 (MR2 – 50,000 DWT) product tanker vessels at a contract price of US$ 45.4 million each. These vessels are expected to be delivered to d'Amico Tankers in March and June 2029, respectively.
