("DIS" or the “Company”) announces that, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable current legislation, the following documentation, approved by the Board of Directors on 12 March 2026, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the DIS website (www.damicointernationalshipping.com):
- the 2025 annual financial report, including the draft of the statutory and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025 together with the related reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors;
- the 2025 report on corporate governance and ownership structures as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws;
- the 2026 report on remuneration (including the 2026 general remuneration policy and the 2025 report on remunerations) as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws.
